Non-enforcement of judgements on pensions in eastern Ukraine

In this study, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) addresses the issue of the non-enforcement or delayed enforcement of judicial decisions on access to pensions and social payment for people living in the non-government controlled parts of eastern Ukraine. Many Ukrainian citizens seek to obtain redress for violation of their rights through courts. The current policy undermines social protection and inclusion of the most vulnerable individuals.
