NRC is soliciting bids from reputable suppliers to provide bids for construction and rehabilitation works in North West of Syria, to have a prequalified suppliers list for two years.
The PDF below includes the tender dossier, and all the annexes related, please read them carefully in order to make sure that you submit the correct information.
In order to submit:
- Fill in the company’s details then click on “Download”.
- Review and read the tendering documents carefully and if you have any technical questions or any difficulties in accessing the link please contact us on sro.ao3procurement@nrc.no mentioning the following:
- Reference number “ITB-NRC- AO3-AMM-02931/Construction and Rehabilitation Works” in the email subject space.
- Please note that offers submitted to the email above will not be accepted. Official offers should be submitted as mentioned below.
- Name of the company – in the email subject space.
- The person who has the query documents in the body of the email.
- Your bid should be strictly submitted through the Etb box via the link as in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf that is found in the tendering documents package that will be obtained when the documents are downloaded.
- The Bids submission deadline is 19 May 2025.
- The Questions submission deadline is 12 May 2025.

- Information session to be conducted online on 6 May 2025 at 1:30 PM in Jordan time, please refer to the link and QR code in the PDF to join the session.
