The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent organisation working to protect the rights of displaced people during crises to create a safer and dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
NRC advocated for the rights of displaced populations and provides assistance with education; protection; information, counselling and and legal assistance (ICLA); water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) promotion; and shelter and settlements. NRC aids meet immediate humanitarian needs, prevent further displacement, and contribute to durable solutions.
In attempt to improve levels of service (LOS) for internet service provision in 17 locations, NRC in Uganda seeks to deploy dedicated internet services delivered either by fiber, VSAT or microwave technology preferable fiber.
The Norwegian Refugee Council in Uganda is looking to engage a qualified and capable service provider to deliver internet services within Kampala and nine locations across Uganda.
