This report examines housing, land and property ownership, and rights, transfers, and laws related to Palestinian refugees living in refugee camps in Lebanon.

The report endeavours to provide a credible and comprehensive legal analysis, and concludes with a list of recommendations to be taken by the NRC and other international organisations on improving the housing, land and property ownership rights of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
