Tajikistan minimum expenditure basket, gap analysis and transfer value consideration for CVA

The objective of this document is to provide guidance to the cash and voucher assis­tance community of Tajikistan on the minimum expenditure basket, gap analysis and the corresponding transfer va­lues for Tajikistan.

This is the first minimum expenditure basket constructed in Tajikistan, and it shall remain a living document and would be amended as per the evolving context in Tajikistan and the developments led by the cash working group Tajikistan re­garding the minimum expenditure basket and transfer values.
