Report
The scale of the crisis is overwhelming: 6.3 million people have fled their homes, more than 20 million are food insecure, including six million on the brink of famine, and essential services are collapsing.
The scale and complexity of the displacement crisis in Sudan is also affecting the country’s neighbours in many significant ways. At their core lies the fact that more than a million people have fled Sudan to countries that are also fragile, affected by conflict and are grappling with their own humanitarian crises.
This report attempts to capture the experience of those who fled within Sudan and refugees in neighbouring countries with a focus on key areas where international engagement and support can make a difference.
